Fight the Cylons!

Strengths: Good graphics and mission variety

Weakness: Unforgiving combat, very difficult battles

This is a great game for a gamer who is also a fan of Battlestar Galactica. The game draws upon elements from both the original TV series and the new Mini-Series. This game is actually a prequel to the TV story-line. The controls are easy to pick-up and use, which is a good thing as the comnat is very unforgiving. This can lead to having to replay whole levels just to progress as the save-restart...

Battlestar Galactica Old

I'm a long-time fan of the original 1970s series Battlestar Galactica. I remember drooling over the official flight jackets advertised on the back of Starlog magazines. I recall the toy Colonial Viper toys being recalled because of the "dangerous" red missiles that would fire and cause a potential choking hazard for kids. Yes, I truly enjoyed the series-- for its entire ONE season! Aside from...

Battlestar Galactica (ps2)

Battlestar Galactica gets instant credibility among longtime fans of the TV series who've been waiting for a modern videogame adventure. We're not sure which came first, the decision to make it a space combat shooter or the decision to have space combat shooter veterans Warthog develop it. Either way, Battlestar Galactica comes off as the best and only space combat shooter on the Xbox and one of...
