Wild Arms 3

Strengths: Animation Western Theme Battle Skip System

Weakness: None

Regular RPG fans will love this game as they love all RPG games. This is just another RPG thrown out there in a long running Wild Arms series. What is really great about this is, is that it follows a Western Theme, something RPG's really have not seen much of. Controlling the different characters stories is another great thing that Wild Arms fans know much of. The Battle skip system is a nice...

Wild Arms 3

Strengths: Nice graphics, great gameplay, lots of action, huge game world

Weakness: None apparent

Wild Arms 3 is a great roleplaying game, and a very immense one at that. The graphics are very well done and cell-shaded, showing off some nice detail. The gameworld is huge, with plenty of puzzles, random encounters and NPCs to interact with. All of the characters add some nice spin to the game, with their different personalities. With the size of the world, there's plenty of things to do and...

Wild Arms 3

Strengths: Good graphics, sound, game play, Western-themed plot

Weakness: Typical random battles

Wild Arms 3 is basically your standard RPG with a Western theme. During most of the game, your party will consist of 4 main characters and the game does a good job of focusing on each character’s story and tendencies during the game. The anime style graphics and cut scenes are solid and so are the sound and the game play. Of course, like most other RPGs, the random battle encounters get old...

Wild West settings are pretty cool

Strengths: Graphics

Weakness: Wild Arms is not a very good series, this is no exception

The main strength of Wild Arms 3 is the graphics. They're beautifully cel shaded and a pleasure to look at. Where the game falls short is the generic boring RPG flavor in its gameplay. If you're looking for a shallow, pretty experience this game is for you.

Wild Arms 3

Strengths: Decent cel-shaded graphics

Weakness: All around average title

This game is the definition of average. There is nothing that stood out and hasn't been done before better. The cel shaded graphics look ok, but nothing special. The story and character are pretty much standard rpg fare, the only thing that remotely sets them apart is the western theme of the Wild Arms series. Even the music is average at best although it contains a few catchy songs. I enjoyed...

Wild Arms 3

Strengths: Enjoyed the cell shaded style, good setting.

Weakness: Pretty basic RPG.

Wild Arms 3 is your typical RPG set in a wild western style. The first thing that you notice about WA3 is the cell shaded graphics which might turn some people off, but I enjoyed them. Cell shading might have been a little overused but it is done quite well here and fits the game well also. The game has a pretty basic story line and doesn't bring anything new or inovative to the table. Although...

Under the radar

Strengths: +great cast of characters +graphics/designs are outstanding

Weakness: - simple battles

Wild Arms 3 is a great rpg that has flown under the radar of most gamers. The graphics and characters are extremely colorful and so distinct. Most cell shaded games come out looking bland (I'm looking at you X-Men Legends) but Wild Arms 3's graphics are surprisingly good. The only weakness is that the game has a very generic battle system. In this area, it adds nothing new to the genre.

Wild Arms 3

Strengths: Unique twist to the RPG genre - Long hours of fun and gameplay

Weakness: Doesn't stand out among the RPG crowd

Wild ARMs is the successor to a great franchise that has been around for a while. It's 'western' theme is a breath of fresh air from the typical medieval/fantasy/futuristic type RPG's that are typical flair on the PS2. The game provides a good amount of gameplay, all of which is enjoyable. Graphics are nice, effects are pretty, and it leaves you wanting more at the end of the game. The only real...

Wild Arms 3

Strengths: Nice story, setting. Interesting graphics.

Weakness: Not the best in a genre that can be extremely time consuming.

What can be said about this game? It is an above average RPG, but only just. It has an interesting western/fantasy setting, one that might warrant a purchase for those that simply want something different out of their RPG. I liked the cell shaded graphics, and the fact that they allowed for some avoidance of random encounters. The battle system was fun, and the story decently interesting. I gave...

Wild Arms 3

Strengths: traditional rpg, great music and cutscenes

Weakness: kinda boring

Wild Arms 3 is a pretty average RPG for the PS2 that isn't excellent, nor is it a bad game. The presentation isn't top notch to something like Square Enix's RPGs but it gets the job done. The soundtrack is probably my favorite thing about this game. It has a western feel to it, which is suitable for the game's setting. The story seemed interesting from what I played. The game follows 4...

Wild ARMs 3

I play a lot of console RPGs. I play so many, in fact, that my roommate walked in on me digging through my drawers of games and asked, What, did you buy the genre? Of the many RPGs to come out for the PlayStation, Wild ARMs is one of the universally loved, due to its refreshing Wild West setting and great gameplay. With Wild ARMs 3, the series gets one hell of a facelift and expands gameplay...

Wild Arms 3

Welcome to Filgaia, a world that mirrors our own during the early 1800s when the frontier was savagely cruel and wild. It is in this barren wasteland that the fate of four drifters will collide in a tale of adventure, gunfights and . . . monsters? Oh the Wild West was never quite like this. For those of you who have followed this much-loved Playstation series, Wild Arms 3 continues the...

Wild ARMs 3

Wild Arms 3 is clearly the child of its parents. You may perhaps interpret that as you will. After all, the only time the series has not stood in the shadow of better games is when it was very first released, before Final Fantasy VII reshaped the North American RPG market. Ever since, it has played something of a second fiddle, to FFVII, then Chrono Cross, and now the current crop of PS2 RPGs.
