Star Wars Bounty Hunter

Strengths: Play as Jango Fett!

Weakness: Bad, bad camera

In this game you play as Jango Fett prior to the time he was selected to be the "parent" to the clone troopers in the Star Wars prequel movies. This is no light saber dueling game - you blast, jet, flame, and shoot missiles. This makes it a very different type of Star Wars experience from what we are used to. Most of the game is taking out enemies with your blasters and other assorted weapons,...

Star Wars: Bounty Hunter

Strengths: Good story line and subject matter.

Weakness: Not as difficult as it could be.

Star Wars: Bounty Hunter is a very good game to try if you are a Star Wars fan or if you just want to try something that will keep you occupied for a few hours. You play as Jengo Fett and have to track down several people throughout the game to collect bounties on or find out information. The game play is fun, but sometimes a little too easy. No matter what, this is a fun game and a good addition...

Star Wars: Bounty Hunter

Strengths: Star Wars license, movie sound effects, play as Jango Fett, fly with his jetpack, track down the scum of the universe

Weakness: Bland graphics, uninteresting story, targeting issues, limited jetpack flight time

In a universe prior to Episode 2, Jango Fett earns a living by tracking down and capturing the scum of the universe. Unfortunately, your bounty targets cannot be easily identified without first scanning them, and you'll frequently find these targets within large groups of enemies all bent on taking you down on sight. In such an ensuing firefight, your target has a high probability of being...

Star Wars: Bounty Hunter (GC)

Strengths: Good sound, decent storyline, good use of Star Wars license

Weakness: Bad camera, touchy controls

Bounty Hunter is set between the first and second Star Wars movies, involving the work of Jango Fett to capture bounties across the galaxy. Being Jango Fett, there are numerous weapons and equipment used in the pursuit of bounties, in the different environments through the game . The game looks good, and it sounds very good, with the musical score used throughout. It's a different game than the...

Surprise, Another Star Wars Game!

Strengths: Graphics and sound quality are nice.

Weakness: Controls could use touching up, and the camera is quite twitchy.

This game could have been great if the controls and camera had been fixed. As it stands, this game still isn't that bad, just didn't quite reach its full potential. The graphics and sound are very good as with most games from LucasArts. The controls are not that great, but that mainly comes from the camera. The camera doesn't know what to do when up against a wall. It hangs too close to Jango...

Star Wars: Bounty Hunter

Strengths: Star Wars license, capturing bounties

Weakness: Somewhat jerky controls and camera

Star Wars: Bounty Hunter lets you control Jango Fett and capture various bounties in the Star Wars universe. This game is a nice change of pace from typical Star Wars games and allows for some variety in gameplay. Jango is equipped with all his standard weapons: blasters, jetpack, flame torch, binding and more. Each level has you searching for specific bounties that you have to capture or bring...

Star Wars; Bounty Hunter

Strengths: Use of Star Wars license.

Weakness: lack of save points

Star Wars: Bounty Hunter is yet another Star Wars game released to capitalize on the release of the more recent trilogy of films. Bounty Hunter is set prior to the events which occur in Attack of the Clones, surrounding the career of Jango Fett. Lucas Arts developed the game and this is one of the few recent console titles to be directly under their control. Is this game Jar Jar or Boba Fett?...

Star Wars: Bounty Hunter for Gamecube

Strengths: Engaging story

Weakness: Clunky controls

I found the story to interestingly fill in some back story for Episode II. I wanted to play through this game and capture all the bounties available... for the simple reason that it is called Star Wars: Bounty Hunter. I found it to be impractical to do so, however, and it ultimately detracted from the fun of the game. Seeking out the secondary bounties quickly becomes tiresome due to the clunky...

Star Wars: Bounty Hunter

Strengths: Quite fun Jango action, great Star Wars action, superb voice acting

Weakness: Feels sometimes clunky, too short

I'm not much of a Star Wars fan but I do enjoy the video games. After playing and enjoying some of the previous titles, I thought I'd give Bounty Hunter a shot. I didn't expect much going into it, but I had a fun time trying it out. It has a Bounty System where you can scan people/creatures walking around and you can see if they have a bounty on their head. That was pretty cool because the reward...

Star Wars Bounty Hunter

Boba Fett's got that x-factor. The merciless Star Wars bounty hunter muttered all of three words in the original trilogy, but that was all that was needed for him to rocket to superstardom in the minds of a generation of fans. But it was only this past summer that we got acquainted with his pseudo-father, Jango Fett. Jango may have talked a bit more, but his actions proved that there was a...

Star Wars Bounty Hunter

Once again, publisher LucasArts takes us to period a long time ago in a galaxy far, far away in an all-new GameCube Star Wars action-adventure. This time around, though, we don't assume the role of a powerful Jedi or an ambitious Rebel pilot, but rather a rough bounty hunter employed by the very enemies of Obi-Wan Kenobi and Yoda. Jango Fett, a true anti-hero who won't think twice about killing...
