Rayman 2 is a stereotypical sequel: okay, but not as...

Strengths: Fun; maintains the series' irreverent sense of humor; shallow learning curve; option to auto-select remote-only mini-games; built-in internet rankings (no complex codes to write down)

Weakness: Not as many mini-games as the first Rayman; fewer unlockable mini-games and bonus features; less replay value; save data can not be backed up to memory card!

I'm a big fan of quirky party games like WarioWare and the first Rayman Raving Rabbids, so I had to give Rayman Raving Rabbids 2 a try. To be honest, I'm a little disappointed. The first Rayman had so much depth and so much replay value, and this one, well, not so much. Rayman 2 features roughly 50 mini-games split up into 5 sets. This is far fewer than Rayman 1. This means that Rayman 2 has far...

Hilarious and Hysterical Fun

Strengths: New Innovative games, Party aspect, hilarious comedy

Weakness: Few slow mini games, inaccurate movements in few games, not fun playing alone

I personally enjoyed this game thoroughly, and its a must for fans of party games like Mario Party and Wario Ware or even the first Rayman Raving Rabbids game. The customization of Rabbids and Rayman is great and its single player on the party games are relatively weak. But its a party game so that's a go figure. Highly recommended. -FT

fun

Strengths: good graphics, funny

Weakness: not enough "trips" (games)

It is a really fun game with good graphics. It is also very funny. It is a multi-player game, too. I have never played the original version so I cannot provide a comparison.

Not too shabby

Strengths: Good sense of humor, can be easily picked up by any visiting friends, excellent use of the wii controller. Nearly endless replayability.

Weakness: graphics are choppy at times, some minigames function better with nunchuk (but NOT required)

This is (so far) my favorite party game -- there's no learning curve, many of the minigames are hilariously funny, and the playing field seems pretty level between "expert" players and first-timers. Despite some of the reviews I read before purchase, nunchuk controllers are NOT a necessity -- any minigames that mention the nunchuk can also be played without.

Not as good as the original Rayman

Strengths: The graphics in this game have improved. I really enjoy watching the introduction of this game.

Weakness: Not good when you play alone.

There are plenty of mini-games in this second release. However, some of the game are way too long and my arms are sore because of too much remote-shaking. It's a great party game if you have a group of people. Overall the game is not as entertaining as the original version.

Rayman Raving Rabbids 2, should be more like 1.5

Strengths: Still chaotic as ever. More mini games.

Weakness: No improvement in graphics. Some mini games are questionable. More like an upgrade, instead of a new game.

I loved the original Rayman Raving Rabbids game for Wii. That being said, I possibly expected more out of this game. Overall, yes, a lot of fun, just like the original. The quality seems questionable in Rayman Raving Rabbids 2. Some mini games are plain out dull, I felt like they were rushed out. I did find around 5 or 6 new games, out of the 50, that obviously better planned then the others and...

Good for party

Strengths: Lot of fun for multiple players.

Weakness: not so good for yourself

Got this game from Bestbuy sale (29.99). Had party the other night, bunch of friends came over and really enjoyed the game. But when i played alone, it doesn't offer much. So for that price, I am happy... would recommend if you are party person :D

Good for Multiplayer, Just Okay for Single Player

Strengths: fun, party game, cute, makes you laugh, on sale a lot

Weakness: not much new, first one was just enough fun.

not a bad game, but don't expect much more from the first rayman for the wii. there are more games for multiplayer and i believe this is where the strength of this game is really at. i've seen this onsale a lot. from xmas time for $37 to this week at toysrus and bestbuy for $30. this price isn't bad for a rayman game. if you're new to the wii, you just try at least 1 rayman game. either this one...

Great Party Game

Strengths: This game is perfect for when you have friends over. Lots of fun, hilarious minigames.

Weakness: This game isn't so good when playing by yourself.

This game is great if you enjoy its humor. Its a perfect party game, like Mario Party or Warioware. However, just like both games, its really made to be played by a group of people and not just one person. The single person part of this game is rather weak. Nonetheless, for $30, this is a great buy for a good time with friends.

Fun Game!

Strengths: This game is fun, great party game for 2 people or more.

Weakness: Need a better solo player game, more storyboard

This game is great for those who have 2 people or more like a party or something. The game does get boring if playing in the solo mode. The game is pretty hilarious however somewhat violent.
