ESPN NBA 2K5

Strengths: You can do tricky stuff or stick to fundamental plays the pick and roll and dominate the game from just basic plays, post up, pick and roll, isolation, and screens.

Weakness: This is still a video game and there are to many bunnys killed in this game, it needs to be a little more real shooting wise.

This game is prolly the best basketball game yet. NBA Live is good but when it comes to fundimentals 2K5 blows Live away. The Dunks are better in Live but the all around play is better in 2K5.

I also love how the controls feel so responsive and the action moves around so fluidly that you almost forget that this is a genuine NBA sim. Yes, I love the ESPN NBA game and that’s not easy to say because EA Sports...

ESPN NBA 2K5 (ps2)

No hoops game has ever gotten everything right. Some may have good flow, but bad AI, others might have great control but weak presentation and graphics. The quest for the perfect or even near-perfect basketball game is one Visual Concepts has pursued for the past six years. This year's attempt, ESPN NBA 2K5 is a confounding mix of good, bad, and just plain stupid. Like Charles Barkley, the 2K...
