Is it as good as PSO?

Strengths: -Single player campaign is alright

Weakness: -Well it's not as good as PSO.

At the time of this writing, this game is pretty cheap on Amazon. I think it's below then bucks. For that price, I recommend this game. Anything more than 15 though, I'd say wait. It's not as good as PSO (Phantasy Star Online). This is one of those games that you might end up loving or hating.

Great if you can find it cheap

Strengths: Enjoyable single player experience, online experience can be interesting at times.

Weakness: Very fluffy story and content, action based combat system is pretty below average where MMORPGs are concerned.

The title says it all... this game is not worth the $40 retail it goes for. I was lucky enough to get it for $10 and definitely do not regret it for that price. All said, it's worth a quick jaunt (and by quick, I literally mean quick, as the game clocks in at around 20-25 hours). The story is pretty standard RPG fare, and the combat system will probably be acceptable for most action-RPG fans....
