World Tour Soocer 2005 (PS2)

Strengths: New leagues and teams

Weakness: No real gameplay improvements

World Tour Soccer 2005 is an update to the previous year's title. The teams and leagues have expanded, giving more options for players, though the gameplay itself hasn't changed much since the previous year. Overall, it's the same game with new faces.

average game

Strengths: many options

Weakness: none

i have played fifa soccer and euro 2004 and in my opinions those two are better soccer games . the graphics are average and the team selections are limited . still this game has improved a lot compared to the previous verions

Not as good as last years

Strengths: More teams and leagues to choose from... bigger players/

Weakness: the game is sluggish

Last years version was a lot better. The gameplay this year around is a lot more sluggish and can be improved upon greatly. However, there are some great new leagues ad teams to choose from. I would definately recommend renting before you buy it. Have fun!

A decent soccer game

Strengths: Easy to Play

Weakness: No too many teams to choose

This soccer game beats other soccer games in the following ways: (1) it has bigger characters, so easy to see who you want to pass the ball to. (2) it can be seen from different better angles and has enough zoom-in to let you view the game more real. It can be imporved to include more teams in the future.

World Tour Soccer 2005 (ps2)

As 989's strongest entry into the realm of the PlayStation 2, the World Tour Soccer franchise has taken on the task of not only being 989's best series, but also to try to top both the Winning Eleven and FIFA Soccer franchises. It's a hefty task and World Tour Soccer 2003 made some strides ahead of World Tour Soccer 2002, but the bar has been raised by the competition so the pressure is on for...

World Tour Soccer 2005 (ps2)

Things may be looking up for Sony's 989 Sports division. After several years of sub-par releases, the developer seems to be on something of a roll. First, there were solid NBA and MLB games, and now it storms the black boxes of gamers with World Tour Soccer 2005. Its soccer franchise has always been the strongest of its line and this year's kickfest shows why.
