A great change

Strengths: A good change from the same old shooter and same old action...goos for young and old...

Weakness: very short story...some characters hard to control...no Xbox live...

Kameo is a great change is gameplay, people who made this game must of had a great imagination...for the powers and characters of this game...differant isnt always good...but this one is very good.

Kameo: A Failure or an Uprise in Gaming.

Strengths: Good graphics, nice story, okay for youngsters.

Weakness: Graphics aren't completely next-gen, controls are awkward at first.

Kameo is a comeback in all good forms for game maker Rare. It has really good graphics, a nice story, and really engaging game play. Some gamers are automatically going to be thrown off by the "kiddy style" of the character models and graphics. I have some advice for you kinds of people...don't be. The game offers an enriching, deep, moving experience throughout the story of the game and I...

Great game, great graphics

Strengths: graphics gameplay co-op mode

Weakness: on the short side

Kameo is a fantastic game that took a long time coming, but is worth the wait. As one of the first xbox 360 games, it is nevertheless gorgeous and takes advantage of the graphic power the new system has to offer. Co-op mode is fun, as is switching among the different forms that you can morph into. I didn't feel ridiculously challenged by the puzzles, but it's nice not to have to constantly resort...

Kameo a kiddie game

Strengths: Looks pretty, 10 different char to morph to. Long Combos

Weakness: Very slow to develop. First 2 hours of the game was very boring

If you can make it past the first two hours where you need to just gather your first few skills it gets alot better from there. Pretty short game about 12 hours first run through.

Good Game

Strengths: Graphics

Weakness: Short Story

This is a pretty good game for the 360 which has a different feel to it then most other games that are similar to it because of the story and characters. The morphing of the characters is interesting but the game is too short and would be a good game to rent.

Pleasant surprise for a blind buy: great graphics,...

Strengths: Terrific graphics, engaging story and characters, outrageous fighting moves/powers

Weakness: None

Picked this up at a local retailer as a completely blind buy for (incredibly) about ten bucks after a rebate. A game would have to stink pretty badly at that price for it to be a disappointment. Instead it was the exact opposite. Great graphics, great characters, terrific spells and fighting powers, fun story---no complaints! Highly recommended if you want a more stylized RPG/action game for...

Kameo

Strengths: Quite possibly the most beautiful game ever made

Weakness: Uneven game design, can drag at times

Kameo is gorgeous, one of the best looking games I've seen. Rare spared no expsense in crafting Kameo's world and it's inhabitants but they didn't quite treat the gameplay with the same care. It is good, as you find and transform into Kameo's elemental friends in your quest, but the pace can drag on at times. Don't get me wrong, Kameo is a very enjoyable game, just not quite the stuff of legends.

A Fun Zelda Clone

Strengths: +Beautiful environments +Fun gameplay +Looks great

Weakness: -Terrible character/creature designs -Its over wayyyyy too quickly -Controlling Deep Blue

Kameo finally arrives on store shelves almost 6 years after it was originally concieved on the Gamecube. It transitioned to the original XBox, only to finally land on the 360. Was it worth it? Yes and no. The game itself is a fun Zelda (Majora's Mask) knockoff. The graphics are really great (especially in HD). However, for a game that has been in development for so long, there are far too many...

Wants to be Zelda.

Strengths: Looks good. Plays well. Fun.

Weakness: Some control problems.

Kameo is a pretty good title with a good story. A nice release for the xbox 360. It tries to be like the Zelda games of the past, and while it's not bad, it's not up to that classic stature either. But you can definately see the influence. Occasionally there are some control problems with certain characters. But other than that, this is a pretty good game.

Kameo is beautiful

Strengths: nice graphics, fun

Weakness: too short, violent for young kids

This is one of my favorite release titles for the 360. There are many characters that you can change into. Each character has it's own special abilities. Although it looks like it could be a kid's game, it may be too violent for the younger ones. Overall, I would recommend this game. However, I think they could have made the gameplay longer. Co-op gameplay is not that great.

Kameo: Elements of Power

A wise bard once sang: The waiting is the hardest part. If you followed the lengthy delay of a little game called Kameo for Microsoft’s black box, it seemed like it would never see the light of day despite the various screenshots that promised a gorgeous-looking adventure game worthy of the Xbox. We also waited patiently for the Xbox 360, which has finally reached store shelves. So imagine the...
