STUNNING, BREATHTAKING, AMAZING

Strengths: EVERY SINGLE THING

Weakness: FLAWLESS

When I first played this game I knew it was a must have. The Graphics are great and storyline is second to none. The Sence of victory you get after defeating a colossi is glorious. The Horse in the game, (Arrow) brows close to you throughout the game. Fighting with him by your side pretty much makes this game complete. Tanner Downs, 15 Ash Grove MO

Shadow of the Colossus

Strengths: Game play, storyline, graphics, sound

Weakness: None

Shadow of the Colossus is one of my favorite games to date. In this game, you play as a hero that is trying to revive a girl. In a distant land, there is a legend where people can be revived and so the hero takes the girl to this place. However, in order to revive the girl, the hero must travel in this distant land and destroy many giants (Colossi). The game play is fantastic. Trying to take out...

Truly one of this years most innovative titles.

Strengths: What stood out most in this game was the breath taking visuals, the audio in the game was outstanding, and the sence of accomplishment you get after defeating the Collosi makes this game outstanding.

Weakness: Though the emotions of the characters plays out quite well, and you become attached to them throughout the game, the lack of story behind them tended to bother me the most.

Shadow of the Collosus, is easily one of my most favorite games of all time. Never before have I been dumbstruck by the sheer beauty of a game. The landscapes are beautifully renderd, and provide hours or exploration, just to get the "perfect view." I spent hours at a time just exploring the terrain, and discovering new territories. The audio in the game is in my opinion, unmatched. The music...

another Ico

Strengths: great graphics, amasing sounds

Weakness: weak story line

Shadow of the colossus (sc) is a amasing video game. It has amasing graphics, and amasing sound. The game is pretty much art. You might find your self looking at the visuals instead of traking down the colossi. If you like action constant fighting this game is not for you, but if you like puzzles this is your kind of game. If you like puzzle games like I strongly suggest you play this game.

Shadow of the Colossus

Strengths: Amazing Graphics and Sound, HUGE environment, fun and original gameplay

Weakness: Too short, too many questions left unanswered, no replay value, camera and horse uncooperative at times

Not your usual save the princess romp - the story is mysterious and compelling, the environment virtually endless. The motion physics really impressed me, because the character and his horse move the way you would really expect them to, as do the colossi, so it looks very real, as though you were playing a movie - sometimes the character even stumbles or loses his balance if the thing he is...

BORING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Strengths: Good graphics, THAT IS ALL!!!!!!

Weakness: Only being able to do one thing and awful camera.

This game is very boring, when I played it, I cried, all you do is get on your horse, track down 14 or 15 huge bosses, when you do, fight it, kill it, repeat that 14 or 15 times and the game ends. There are no other monsters that try to stop you on your way to fight the big monsters, if they had put at least that, I would love this game, but the game isn't all bad, the bosses are pretty hard to...

Shadow Of The Colossus

Strengths: The story is nice and simple easy 2 understand, great 4 people that like mythical fantasy rpg games,GREAT graphics and great, powerfull music.

Weakness: 2 Short,u av 2 do story mode again in hard mode 2 do time attack.

This game is argueable a 1 of a kind theres is not 1 game which is near to this kind of quolity also it is said that japaneese game creators r the founders and best game makers in the world.but still Shadow Of The Colossus is and 4ever will b unmatchable with the power and fantasy like.I do agree it gets boring at the end where u av 2 do time attack 2 get rewards but still when u begin it will...

One of the best games this generation

Strengths: Original game, great battles, very epic, amazing soundtrack score, massive environments, small load times, lots of extras

Weakness: Unconventional game design may annoy gamers

Shadow of the Colossus is developed by the same team that did ICO and like ICO, it's one of the games that can deliver a great game with emotion. The game is very original and different as it only contains bosses. There's no enemies to fight other than the 16 boss battles you will be facing in the game. THe world that you travel is massive and immersive and it's done with no load times, similiar...

wow

Strengths: graphics are amazing

Weakness: none

The beauty of this game just amazes you. The sound is so great also. Although I just got this game, I find it so much fun. Such a unique game where battling bosses is the only goal. I highly recomend it to any library.

Amazing!

Strengths: everything

Weakness: none

shadow of the colossus is an awesome experience. this game is so good that it almost seems weird to call it a game. they really took their time and made colossus the best it could be and it shows... the graphics are probably the best the ps2 is capable of. but it's not just how it looks. gameplay, sound, story, all are perfect. just play it!

Shadow of the Colossus

“I was told that in this place at the ends of the world, there exists a being who can control the souls of the dead.” It starts with a widescreen picture and the images of a bird soaring through the sky. The camera pans around to show the beautiful scenery. Magnified by the ICO touch, it is the true definition of a polygon-perfect title. Seconds after we’ve gazed into the sunlight and...
