I knew what it should look like, it wasn't what I recvd. Didn't offer to have item UPS pickup, told me it would be "easier" to take to to the store for exchange/refund. Big bulky item was NOT easy to fit into my car. refund was given immediately-but no attempt to solve problem/find replacement item	Overall Rating
