Strengths: Compilation of three Silent Scope games, light gun compatible
Weakness: Game is almost unplayable with light gun
When I bought this game I was so excited to be getting three Silent Scope games for the price of a single game. I bought the light rifle as well and was excited to try it out. I was very disappointed to find that the game does not recognize the light gun very well unless you turn the brightness on your TV way up. This makes the game almost unplayable because it is hard to see anything. This is a problem with the game and not the light gun, as the gun works flawlessly with House Of The Dead 3.
So what you essentially have is a light gun game that doesn't support a light gun. On the positive side, these games are very good ports of the originals and you get a lot of bang for your buck. It just isn't very fun to play these with the controller though. This could've been great, but I'd suggest people stay away if they are planning on playing this with the light gun.

Strengths: Another light gun game, four games for the price of one, sound effects are very good
Weakness: Really needs the light rifle for best effect, graphics are only passable, a bit repetitive, soundtrack is only OK,
Silent Scope Complete is four games in one, Silent Scope, Silent Scope 2, Silent Scope 3, and Silent Scope EX. All of them being the same type of gameplay, work as a sharpshooter to kill terrorists. A bit repetitive, though enjoyable none the less.
For those that bought the light gun for House Of The Dead 3, this is another set of games to use with it. For those that haven't, the controller can be used, though for the best experience, the Sniper Rifle (either bundled with the game, or a separate purchase) is required. The bundled version is more expensive than the game by itself, by about $40-50.
The graphics are a bit rough around the edges, not anything close to the graphical power of the Xbox, though they get the job done. The sound effects of the bullets, as well as the other sounds, are done well, though the soundtrack leaves a lot to be desired.
For those that bought the light gun previously, it's well worth picking up. Without the light gun, it's a worthwhile purchase, especially if picking up the sniper rifle at the same time is done. Just with the controller, it's an OK purchase.

Weakness: The gun made for it doesn't calibrate well.
I'm quite dissapointed with this game. I bought the game with the special gun made specifically for this game. I've not once been successful in calibrating it. It doesn't aim well its all over the screen. However, I had no problem with gun when I used it with House of Dead 3. So I assume it's the game that's causing it not to calibrate. I don't recommend buying this game with gun, but without the gun the game is no fun. Maybe I just got a lemon.
Strengths: A great collection of all the silent scope games in one package. Another game that supports for the light rifle.
Weakness: Old game, no updates. Looks old and not as fun as the arcade.
This games is really best for the fans of Silent-Scope only. The game is very shallow and get repetitive very quickly. It is nice to use the light rifle, but it is not as good as the arcade version. Using the x-box controller will be less frustrating. Sniping targets at long distace is what this game is best at, the other game-play is boring. The sound is bad, fuzzy and unclear.

The original Silent Scope was a modest 1999 coin-op hit with a clever gimmick: an eyepiece with a miniature monitor that displayed a magnified view of whatever the player's gun was pointed at. Konami cranked out two sequels in '00 and '01, then ported the individual titles to the PS2. Now Xbox owners get all three games, along with the formerly PS2-exclusive Silent Scope 3, on a single DVD. Ain't...
There was just something about Konami’s Silent Scope games that had wandering arcade gamers stop and surrender their quarters so willingly. Perhaps it was the novelty of raising that super cool sniper rifle attached to the cabinet or the feel of the trigger as you anticipate your target’s next move before you decide to squeeze off a round to take him out. Or maybe--just maybe--gamers started...
When Silent Scope first hit arcades way back when, it caught the eye of more than a few arcade-goers because of its not-so-subtle gimmick: the sniper rifle. Playing a government-aided professional sniper, having a model sniper gun to use in the arcades, complete with working scope, was innovative and fun. Unfortunately, console ports of the game lacked light gun support, though they still did a...
