Tennis 2K2 (also known as Sega Sports Tennis) is the sequel to the excellent Virtua Tennis game that was on the Sega Dreamcast. Tennis 2K2 does everything that the original does well and improves upon it. The same responsive and simple controls are back and they provide for an immensely enjoyable experience.
The graphics are spruced up some and get the job done, but they are nothing amazing. The single player mode is well balanced and fun and the challenges that you complete to improve your character are wacky and fun. Multiplayer is solid as well and is easy to pick up for any skill level.
I highly recommend this game for anyone with a Playstation 2 that is looking for a great tennis game or a fun multiplayer sports game.

When it was first introduced for the Sega Dreamcast, this excellent tennis title was known as Tennis 2K2. Thankfully the nice folks at Sega has decided to give the PS2 crowd a shot at the game that might just be the best tennis title available at the moment.
