Onimusha: Warlords PS2

Strengths: Graphics, Sound, and Story...

Weakness: The gameplay is just about the only thing that I had a tiny complain about. Onimusha is one of "those games" that lacks length, but they packed everything else in there for good measure.

Overall, this is a game that I still continue to recommend to people that ask me what good Playstation 2 games are on the market. Every aspect shines (sans length) in Onimusha and the only way for you to find out for yourself is to go out and buy, rent, or borrow this game from a friend and put the 15+ hours into it and see for yourself.

Onimusha: Warlords PS2

Strengths: Japanese historical inviroment, graphics, music, puzzles, lot of items to find, etc

Weakness: sometimes moves are bit limited and there are times when graphics could be little better.

This gameconcept is one of the best. Japanese history, fantasy, swords, magic, puzzles, music and graphics make it something different and really good.
It is wellbalanced and feels as it should: as a interesting mystery that keeps you curious all the way.
I like finding all these items and find out how they work.

There are some places though, there your moves are limited and perhaps few more details... I would pull down 1/4 of one star perhaps, but there are only five options ;)

If you are interested of swords, Japanese history and lurking around finding items, killing vicious monsters and solving puzzles then it is definitely something I would recommend. This game is permanent in my home. ;)
