Racing the streets

Strengths: Great graphic, great use of wii remote

Weakness: menu control at start is not easy control too complex, need to be more user friendly

Overall this is a great game but needs to fix up the start up menu to user the wii controller to point also to have it support the classic controller would be a great alternative option. IT has really realistic graphic for the game. This games is truely for people that like racing fancy cars personally its not the greatest there are better racing games out their. You be the just their no option to change the it to night racing which can make the game much better.

Need for Speed - Pro Street - Great racing game!

Strengths: Great graphics. Classic cars

Weakness: None so far

The Need For Speed games are my favorite. I have them all and this is definitely the greatest. But unlike the other ones there is no free roam. There are however new cars and types of races - there's a 1970 Challenger R/T, 1970 Chevelle SS, new Shelby Mustang GT 500, the New Nissan GT-R, plus a lot more, and most of the cars from Carbon. The graphics are better, and you don't have to pay for visuals any more. A real solid racing game. And loads of fun with the Wii steering wheel.

Good game but too complicated for me

Strengths: Good concept

Weakness: Controls are complicated

Need for Speed Pro Street for the Nintendo Wii has the potential to be a good game IF you take the time to read the instructions related to the controls for the game. I purchased a few car/truck type driving games but prefer others over this one because the controlls are a bit complicated (at least to me they seem that way). I like a game that I can just take it out the box and use it without a lot of orientation/reading/etc. This isn't a take out of the box and play type game (in my opinion). So I don't use it as much as the other car/driving type games just since I haven't taken the time to get familiar with the controls. Just my 2 cents worth.

Need for Speed Pro Street

Strengths: good graphics, fun to play

Weakness: menu is too complicated

The game is not bad and the graphics are good. But the start menu is too complicated. It is still fun to use wii controller but I think you can find better racing games.

Has potential

Strengths: Closed circuit tracks. Fairly good graphics. Car damage.

Weakness: Complicated menu system. To many ads. Can't use analog stick to control car instead of remote.

This game had the potential to be a better version of need for speed: Porsche unleashed. The accidents are great but you don't see enough physical damage to the car. The menu can be a pain to find where you want to go sometimes. As for the control scheme I would have personally prefer to use the analog stick on the nun-chuk to control the car. As for the good stuff. You can have some good fun in multi-player. With closed circuit tracks you can concentrate more on speed and the different environments. Overall its an okay game to get your speed fix.
