Strengths: nice graphics, good crowd interaction, good controls
Weakness: frame rate, few modes, way too many foul calls
March Madness 2007 has very nice graphics and captures the college feel nicely. The crowd and mascots really add to the atmosphere. The game also controls well. Unfortunately, the frame rate stutters on occasion and game modes are limited. One thing that annoyed me was the foul calls. Turning the slider all the way down I still ended up with horrible foul calls.
Strengths: Decent graphics, Good for college basketball fans
Weakness: AI is frustrating, Player models not that good
This game is not one of the best basketball games out there but if you are into college basketball game, you might actually like it. The controls are a little sloppy but there are lot of customizable options that can help you change game speed, play attributes etc.
There are optional mini games before a game starts which can help boost your team, but I didn't quite like the idea.
If you play real good defense you can do a good job at the game, else it can feel frustrating at times.
There are not a whole lot of good animations in the game & you do get a feeling that they could have done a better job here
Strengths: The graphics are amazing. The gameplay is nice. Very realistic.
Weakness: A little buggy
This game is amazing. Takes you all the way to the Final Four and the most realistic college basketball game there has ever been. The graphics are inferior to none and the realism is complete. Get this game!!
Overall, I found this game to be OK. However, the rosters were not entirely accurate for the school I chose. The controls were also a big awkward, but I got used to them after awhile. Hopefully the improvements in NCAA 08 March Madness will compare to the improvements that I saw in NCAA Football 08 this year. If you're a college basketball junkie, you'll probably enjoy this, although I would also take a strong look at College Hoops 2K7.

As far as basketball games are concerned, EA’s forays into next-gen gaming have felt a bit lacking. While until now they’ve been limited to two NBA Live titles, what we’ve gotten have been stripped down experiences with a fresh coat of paint slapped on. However, NCAA March Madness 07 is looking to change that. As the first entry for the series on a next-gen console, NCAA March Madness had a...
