Strengths: Over 20 classic games on one disc. This is the only place to play some of these obscure arcade titles that have never been ported before to home console.
Weakness: No online capabilities, but who cares? There's really not much else to complain about.
Buy this collection of great games now. With games like Street Fighter 2 Turbo, Strider, Knights of the round, and many more Arcade hits you won't be disappointed.

Strengths: 21 Different Games, Lots of Unlockables To Earn
Weakness: A Few Bad Games In The Bunch, No Online Support For Multiplayer Games
Capcom Classics Collection Volume 2 is a collection of 21 old Capcom arcade games from the 80s & 90s. 15 of these games were also on Capcom Classics Remixed which was released on the PSP with these games being 1941, Avengers, Black Tiger, Block Block, Captain Commando, Last Duel, Magic Sword, Mega Twins, Quiz and Dragons, Side Arms, The Speed Rumbler, Street Fighter, Strider, Three Wonders, and Varth.
While the last 6 games are first timers on a Capcom retro collection or were on Capcom Classics Reloaded on the PSP including Capcom Quiz, Eco Fighters, The King of Dragons, Knights of the Round, Super Street Fighter II Turbo, and Tiger Road.
The games themselves all have been ported perfectly and don't have any problems with the sound, graphics or slowdown as happens sometimes with retro compilation when a sloppy job is done porting the game(s). One small grip would be the lack of online support has it would have been great to play some of the 2 player games such as Knights of the Round or Super Street Fighter II Turbo online and nowadays it surely could have been done and easily with such games, with no slowdown being as they wouldn't be too demanding on the bandwidth.
I would highly recommend this collection to fans of old arcade styled games and more so if they don't own Capcom Classics Remixed on the PSP as while the collection might be better overall all on the first volume, volume 2 still does offer a lot of great games to play.
A grab bag of Classic arcade games, with few gems...
Strengths: These are flawless versions of the arcade games, with lots of bonus extras/options. The unlockable bonuses/goals give you something to play towards, and extends the life of the games.
Weakness: Many of the games are not so good. Lots of filler titles. SSF2T has an absurdly difficult CPU, making it only really playable for the average player in versus.
Capcom Classics Collection volume 2 follows up the Capcom Arcade library with some classics like SSF2T, Captain Commando, and 1941, but also with some real stinkers like Quiz and Dragons and Magic Twins. I really, really like the achievements-ish in-game bonus goals. That's really the best thing to add to these old games to give them some longevity. The bonus material is interesting as well, but a few videos or interviews with staff would have been nice to have. It's a great collection for people who like bad English translations, classic arcade games, or capcom in general. You might learn where some of those strange support characters come from in Marvel vs Capcom!
While Capcom Classics vol. 2 doesn't have as impressive a game lineup as the first Capcom Classics Collection, it still contains a very decent selection. The most noteworthy games are the original Street Fighter, Strider, 1941, and Magic Sword. The games are emulated very well with no noticeable glitches. Unfortunately, many of the games feel a bit dated by today's standards. So unless there's a nostalgia factor, I'd recommend holding off on picking up this collection unless you find it fairly cheap.
This is probably the ultimate collection of Capcom arcade games. Most of the games, like Knights of the Round, Block Block, Black Tiger, and Strider are prime examples of Capcom's arcade division at its prime because they have many of the elements that make their type of game fun, including interesting enemies and levels.
All games let you choose how challenging they are, which makes them fun for all even if they are quarter munchers. Of course, not all of them are fun. Avengers is stricken with enemies that grab onto the PC and drain his life too quickly without him being able to easily escape from them. The Speed Rumbler suffers from bad car controls that hamper progress, and Street Fighter is horribly unbalanced. A single Dragon Punch can drain 4/5ths of an opponent's life and the other moves are about as bad.
The game allows people with HDTVs to run in 480p, which removes all screen sheering from the game. Other than that, I have not seen any errors in the emulation of these titles.
If you like fun arcade games, then this is the collection for you. It is worth the $20 price tag.
